Get to Know Your Solar Farm!

The fossil-fuel-free electricity generated by this community solar farm is dedicated entirely to local households that qualify as Low- or Moderate-Income (LMI). The solar panels are installed on top of Edgewood Commons Apartments, making use of rooftop space rather than requiring additional land to be developed, and the renewable energy they generate can be accessed by any income-qualified subscriber in the Washington D.C. area who currently has Pepco as their utility provider. Subscribers will benefit from a 25% discount on the Community Solar Credits generated by their share. Availability is very limited, so subscribe today to reserve your community solar share, guaranteeing you access to savings while supporting local clean energy.
